Brian O'DwyerBrian O'Dwyer
Chief Executive Officer

Brian O'Dwyer is chief executive officer of Q2 Solutions. Previously, Brian was vice president and general manager of the Americas region for Q2 Solutions, where he was responsible for all operational activity in North and South America.

Brian has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare and laboratory industry and has broad experience in the establishment, management, integration and restructuring of both business and commercial operations across the clinical research spectrum. Prior to IQVIA, Brian served as senior vice president of the Eurofins Scientific central laboratory business. Brian also was the senior vice president of Global Bioanalytical Services at ICON having previously led ICON's Early Phase Clinical division in Europe and served as their group financial controller.

Brian holds a bachelor's degree in business studies from Dublin City University, Ireland, and is a professionally Certified Management Accountant.

Annette BalogAnnette Balog
Chief Commercial Officer

Annette Balog is the chief commercial officer for Q2 Solutions, where she develops strategic and operational plans to drive the sales and marketing of healthcare products and services for Q2 Solutions' biopharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics customers. Annette manages the global sales organizations, marketing and sales operations, for multiple laboratory service lines. She brings a 30-year track record in global healthcare-related strategy, sales, marketing and senior leadership. Prior to joining IQVIA, Annette was employed at Zeneca where she held various managerial positions in sales, marketing and managed health care services.

Annette earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from California State Polytechnic University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Tony BrownTony Brown
Vice President and General Manager, Global Central Labs

Tony Brown is vice president and general manager of global central labs, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of global central labs operations. Previously, Tony was executive director of global operations for Quest Diagnostics' Central Laboratories business. Tony brings more than 28 years of experience in the diagnostics and central laboratory business to the joint venture.

Tony earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in finance and computer science from the State University of New York, Plattsburgh, and earned a Master of Business Administration in Health Systems Administration from Union University, Graduate Management Institute.

Kevin Dooley
Chief Human Resources Officer

Kevin Dooley is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Q2 Solutions, where he is responsible for ensuring that Q2 Solutions has the right people strategy in place that is in line with the company's values and business strategy. Prior to joining Q2 Solutions, Kevin has held a variety of leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, and most recently led the Human Resources function for 3,000 people. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Kevin spent some time in the consumer products and manufacturing sectors with Colgate Palmolive and PepsiCo. Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Communications, and Employer Branding and Marketing, from different industries. Having lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and various cities in the US, he brings a strong international perspective when it comes to leading and managing businesses.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the New York Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.

Chuck DruckerChuck Drucker
Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development

Chuck Drucker is the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for Q2 Solutions, the laboratory division of IQVIA, where he is accountable for developing and driving the company's inorganic and organic growth strategies. He also leads Decentralized Trial Solutions and previously led Alliance Management and Marketing at Q2 Solutions. In addition, he is the founder of Sales and Marketing Professionals in Science (SAMPS). Prior to Q2 Solutions, Mr. Drucker held positions at Quest Diagnostics, Covance, AAI Pharma, and Amersham Biosciences (now Cytiva). He has an MBA and a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University.

Darlene Godsey
Director, Business Operations

Darlene Godsey is director of business operations, driving strategic workforce planning across the organization, as well as coordinating the office of the CEO. Previously, Darlene served as director of human resources for Q2 Solutions where she led delivery for the Americas and served as a global business partner.

Prior to Q2 Solutions, Darlene held roles with Novozymes and IQVIA, culminating in over 15 years of experience in the biotechnology and healthcare industries.

Mike Hamill
Vice President, Information Technology

Mike Hamill is vice president of information technology at Q2 Solutions, and is responsible for data to day operations, applications delivery and strategy for IT globally. He has over 25 years of IT management experience across several industries including 15 years in public health. Previously, Mike was IT director for EA Genomics, and when it became an IQVIA company, he was IT senior director, with responsibilities for all production lab applications within the Central Lab,  Genomics and BioAnalytical groups.  He has been with Q2 Solutions  since 2011.

Patrice HugoPatrice Hugo
Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Hugo is the chief scientific officer, and he brings more than 25 years of senior scientific leadership experience with extensive management expertise in laboratory operations applied to diagnostics, therapeutic targets and clinical trials. Most recently, Dr. Hugo was associate vice president and Chief Scientist at LabCorp/Covance. He has held several other senior leadership positions at companies including Clearstone Central Laboratories, Caprion and PROCREA BioSciences. A noted industry expert, Dr. Hugo has more than 75 scientific publications in internationally renowned journals. He also is active in a number of industry organizations, including his role on the Board of Directors for the non-for-profit Personalized Medicine Partnership for Cancer in Quebec, Warnex, offering analytical and bioanalytical services and his role as a steering committee member for the Biomarker Factory.

Dr. Hugo obtained a Ph.D. at McGill University and completed five years of post- doctoral fellowship at the Walter Elisa Hall Institute in Australia, and Howard Hughes Medical Institute.

Kevin JonesKevin Jones
Vice President, General Manager, Bioanalytical, ADME, and Vaccines Services

Kevin Jones is the vice president and general manager for bioanalytical, ADME, and vaccines services, where he is responsible for all operational aspects of our bioanalytical, ADME, and vaccines Laboratories. Kevin brings more than 20 years of experience in supporting fee for service analytical laboratories. Previously Kevin was executive director, chemistry solutions for Covance where he held various senior leadership roles both in North America and globally, in which he was responsible for the operational oversight of multiple bioanalytical locations performing regulated bioanalysis clinical and non-clinical studies. Kevin began his career with AAIPharma, leading teams responsible for laboratory operations, sales and commercial support for GMP/GLP laboratory services.

Kevin earned a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

David Kaye
General Manager, BioFortis

David is General Manager of BioFortis, a Q2 Solutions Company, where he is responsible for managing the delivery of the BioFortis strategy, as well as the management of day-to-day operations and support. He is focused on ensuring that the full suite of BioFortis services and products is integrated into Q2 Solutions' offerings, inclusive of its go-to-market strategy.  Previously, David served as Chief Operating Officer of BioFortis.  He has 20 years of management experience gained at several technology, financial services, and business services organizations.

David earned a B.B.A in Finance, and a J.D., both from George Washington University.

Caroline KeaneCaroline Keane
Senior Vice President, Integrated Laboratory Services

Caroline Keane is senior vice president of integrated laboratory services at Q2 Solutions, with leadership responsibilities for central laboratory project services, including project management, data management, study setup, investigator site support and global business transformation. Caroline has delivery oversight for tailored laboratory solutions and offerings including Q2 Solutions biotech, clinical trial sample tracking and decentralized trial solutions. She has successfully led several enterprise-wide strategic initiatives focused on process optimization and delivery excellence. Caroline sits on executive steering committees for several key customers and provides executive oversight for integrated study delivery with our parent company, IQVIA. Prior to joining Q2 Solutions in 2014, Caroline was responsible for global project delivery and site support at LabCorp Clinical Trials. She has held previous leadership positions in operations and corporate development, spanning central laboratory, bioanalysis and connected devices.

Caroline earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration focused on the Management of Technology from Simon Fraser University.

Ralph L. McDade, Ph.D.Ralph L. McDade, Ph.D.
President, Rules-Based Medicine (RBM)

Until August of 2013, Dr. McDade had been serving as Chief Operating Officer of RBM and was formerly Strategic Development Officer for RBM, having held that position since the Company's inception in 2002. Prior to joining RBM, he was Chief Scientific Officer for Luminex Corporation where he was closely involved with the development of xMAP technology. In addition, Dr. McDade was instrumental during this period in securing technology licensing agreements with over 20 strategic partners. He received his Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1980. Following postdoctoral training at The University of Connecticut Medical Center in Farmington, he held faculty positions at the Rockefeller University in New York and at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans.

Simon ThornleySimon Thornley
Vice President, Quality and Compliance

Simon Thornley is vice president of quality and compliance, where he leads world-class quality and compliance systems within the new organization. With more than 20 years of quality assurance (QA) experience supporting pharmaceutical industry clients, Simon was previously the global director of QA and regulatory affairs for Quest Diagnostics clinical trials. This included managing a global program of quality and compliance audits across technical and non-technical business processes, hosting client and regulatory audits, managing client QA relationships, and supporting the business in meeting the industry's high expectations of quality.

Simon earned a Bachelor of Science from the Nottingham Trent University.

Jian Wang
Vice President, Head of Digital Innovation

Dr. Wang is Vice President and Head of Innovation, where he develops, directs and implements the organization's innovation . Previously, he was the CEO of BioFortis, the Q2 Solutions precision medicine and technology solutions company. For more than 20 years, Dr. Wang developed several software products with pharmaceutical customers, government agencies, and academia. He has deep knowledge in the rapidly evolving field of precision medicine and its associated biomarker-driven clinical trials, and strives to bring precision medicine technology solutions to researchers to help solve real-world health problems.

John Williford
Assistant General Counsel and Lead Counsel for Q2 Solutions

John Williford is Assistant General Counsel at IQVIA, and serves as lead legal counsel to Q2 Solutions where he supports the execution of Q2 Solutions business strategy. Previously, John served as Senior Legal Counsel of PRA Health Sciences where he led PRA's global litigation and clinical R&D commercial legal function.

John earned a B.A. in International Affairs and Political Science from George Washington University and a J.D. from Washington College of Law at American University.

Kellie YarnellKellie Yarnell
Vice President, General Manager, Genomics Laboratories

Kellie Yarnell is vice president of genomics laboratories, where she leads our genomics efforts and organization. Previously, Kellie led genomic operations for Expression Analysis, an organization specializing in next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics services supporting the biopharmaceutical clinical trial and research market. Kellie brings more than 15 years of commercial expertise, scientific aptitude and strategic vision in the genomics space to the organization.

Kellie earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Delaware.

Susan Young
Chief Financial Officer

Susan Young is Chief Financial Officer for Q2 Solutions where she is responsible for financial leadership of the organization. She brings over 20 years of global experience in both Fortune 100 and mid-sized companies in a broad range of industries including biotech, medical device, software, entertainment, and travel. Prior to joining Q2 Solutions, Susan was CFO of Terra Dotta, MarVista Entertainment, and Explorica and held senior finance positions at Stryker Biotech and Kodak. She brings a wealth of experience in both established and start-up environments essential to Q2 Solutions growth plans.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clarkson University and a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University.

Jenny ZhangJenny Zhang
Vice President, General Manager, Asia-Pacific Operations

Jenny Zhang is vice president of Asia-Pacific operations, where she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for the organization in Asia-Pacific. Previously, Jenny was vice president and general manager of IQVIA's central laboratories for the Asia-Pacific laboratories. Based in Singapore, Jenny brings more than 18 years of experience to the joint venture leadership team, which includes various leadership positions at IQVIA and LabCorp.

Jenny Zhang received a Master of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Tsinghua University.
